Policies

A valid credit card will be required to make a reservation.


Cancellations
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any single service. A 48 hour notice is required for any multiple service or Extension service cancellation. Any changes or cancellations without adequate notice will be charged a "Late Cancellation" fee to your credit card at a rate of 50% of the value of the scheduled services.


Missed AppointmentsMissed appointments will be billed a "NO-Show" fee for 100% value of scheduled services to the credit card, gift card, or package on file.


Confirmation Calls
As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals
AHC reserve the right to charge for late arrivals that prevent us from providing you with the services you have booked. Services that begin late will finish on time so that the next guest is not delayed. We may not be able to extend reserved services for late arrivals.


Children
As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you do not bring children if they are not receiving a service. If you are unable to make other arrangements we will need to reschedule your appointment.


Fees
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services, we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
